You'll fall in love with beautiful Twin Lakes subdivision as soon as you turn into the entrance. You'll take a winding ride through nature, with the Links to your south and the Woods to your north. Pass the beautiful clubhouse and you'll enter the gated community of Twin Lakes. Comprised of homes built mainly in the early 2000's, this community is still growing, and has homes built as recently as 2021. Built on large, estate size lots, these homes are sure to impress all who visit. A typical home in Twin Lakes will range from 3000-4800 square feet with a few outliers in either direction.
The neighborhood shares the Twin Lakes Golf and Swim Club with many others from the local area, however, jumping in your personal golf cart and heading to swim or play tennis is surely more convenient than loading into the car. Enjoy 9 holes of golf on the Estates Course, 9 on the Links and an additional 9 on the Woods Course. The Woods is one of my personal favorites, and feel like true "up north golf" just 5 miles north of Rochester.
