University Hills

University Hills is a premier place to call home! The University Hills Subdivision is located at the corner of Avon & Old Perch Roads in Rochester Hills and is home to 269 residences. University Hills participates in the National Neighborhood Watch Program (NNWP). The NNWP is designed to involve individual citizens in the crime prevention process. Neighborhood Watch focuses on the prevention of residential burglary.
